Urban Agriculture Survey Results Available

Portland State University released the preliminary results of last year’s “Survey of Urban Agriculture Organizations and Businesses in the US & Canada”.  You can download the report by clicking on this link:

In the report researchers present the results of a survey of 251 groups practicing urban agriculture in 84 cities in the US and Canada. This is only a preliminary descriptive report of the data; more in-depth interpretation and recommendations will follow in the manuscripts that is currently being putting together for submission.

While the results in this report are not necessarily representative of all urban agriculture businesses and organizations in the US and Canada, they nevertheless point to certain trends and patterns that you might find of interest and that that researchers intend to examine more closely.
