The amendments provide a definition for farmers’ markets, amend the allowable special uses to include farmers’ markets, and allow farmers’ markets as a permissible accessory use in the following districts or their equivalents: AG, C-0, C-1, C-D, C-2, C-3, M-1, M-2, M-3, and TND.
